Data we collect

When you use a calculator, we store the values you enter and the resulting estimate. For requests or messages, we store the subject, message, and any contact details you choose to provide: name, email address, phone number, and location. You may submit a system request without providing contact details.

Purpose and legal basis

We process calculator data and general enquiries to provide the requested service and respond to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. When you request an assessment or quote, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use these forms for marketing messages.

Retention

Calculations, requests, and messages are deleted after 24 months by scheduled daily maintenance. We may need to keep certain data longer where required by law or in connection with a specific dispute. Backups are retained according to the hosting provider's schedule.

Cookies

We use two technical cookies: site_locale remembers your chosen language for up to one year, while sunical_session protects forms and the administrator login until the session ends. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Recipients

Data in the admin panel is available only to the administrator. The hosting provider may process it on our behalf. The site does not currently send automatic emails. Before public launch, the hosting provider details and any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area must be confirmed.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing. In certain cases, you may also object. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. For questions or requests, use the Contact us.
