Data we collect
For calculations, we store the entered parameters and result. For requests or contact messages, we store the selected subject, message, and only the contact details you enter (name, email, phone, and location). You may request a system without providing contact details.
Purpose and legal basis
For indicative calculations and general inquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in providing the requested tool and responding. For a system request and preparation of an offer, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. We do not use these forms for marketing messages.
Retention
Calculations, requests, and messages older than 24 months are deleted during daily scheduled maintenance. Legal obligations or a specific dispute may require separate retention. Hosting backups follow a separate schedule.
Cookies
We use the site_locale cookie for your chosen language (up to one year) and sunical_session for form protection and admin login (until the session ends). There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Recipients
Data is visible in the admin panel only to the administrator. The hosting provider may process data on our behalf. The site currently sends no automatic emails. The actual hosting details and any transfers must be confirmed before public launch.
Your rights
